After 3 weeks of planning natuloy din sa wakas 🙂 Our Destination: Alaminos Pangasinan. – Hundred Islands
We bought a voucher from a deals website worth Php.1,150 per person. Inclusive of 2 days / 1 night hotel stay with breakfast and Island hoping to 3 main islands. (Governor Island, Quezon Island & Children’s Island) we added 400 pesos for 3 additional islands.
We stayed at Vista Delas Islas, The hotel looks good from outside and furniture display are really nice. But receptionist is not friendly, A.C is not functioning well and worst is the bathroom. I hope their management will do something about it.
Try Villa Antolin. They don’t have swimming pool but who cares? They have a better room and service. 🙂
On our way to the Governors island we are mesmerized by the view of islands and islets.
Turtle island Crocodile Island
But along our way we saw some plastic wrappers floating into the water coming from one of the islands 😦 whoever throw those wrappers needs a lecture from DENR ( Department of Environment and Natural Resources). People, please leave only footprints and take your trash as you leave. Let’s do this together to protect and save our mother earth.
What to do:
1. Island hopping
2. Snorkeling – this is one of my favorite! They have plenty of colorful fish, big and small and oh school of jelly fish too :-). Big corals and clams! oh How i love under the sea!!!
3. Town proper tour.
Transfer and Rentals:
Life Jacket – Php. 50.00 to 75.
Snorkeling gears is around Php. 150.00
Tricycle: From bus station to Hotel in Lucap, Alaminos is 60 pesos but sometimes they overprice to 100 pesos. (1 tricycle). 15 mins ride.
Where to eat?
There are many fast food chains located at town proper. There are also eateries and restaurant in lucap.
I highly recommend Maxine by the sea. They have super fresh and delicious sea foods, nice view and secured parking.
